It was just at the end of WOTLK, yes, even later than ICC, but it was already changed on the last patch of WOTLK and that is the one they will use for Classic WOTLK. Classic WOTLK won’t have Level 80 Onyxia at launch but I fear it won’t have Level 60 either.
