The exchange wasn't as tough … WebbHWinfo64 reports 75C° max GPU temp when playing R6S in 1080P high/low custom settings (Vulkan) and the GPU "hot spot" temperature is reported as in between 94C° to 98C° degrees. The fans ramp up to 2150 to 2300RPM which gets pretty loud now that the side panel is off.

There was definitely play between the cooler and CPU. After disassembling , I think I've found the root cause.
