How to stop crying when frustrated
WebI have this problem with my boyfriend too. When we argue he seems to think I cry deliberately to "win" the argument, when really I cry involuntarily whenever I feel any strong negative emotion (anger, sadness, fear, frustration, embarrassment, etc). I really wish I could make it stop as I want to be taken seriously.
