Collecting in the bottom of the intercooler is normal. If you're worried just keep an eye on the oil level and if it starts to disappear then I'd start checking out the turbo. He means your oil isn't coming out of your turbo, it's coming from your CCV vent. There's a few kits and ways to reroute the CCV gasses and the subsequent oil so it doesn't go into your intake system. 'Tis but a flesh wound.
