[3] It is mostly spoken in the Indian states of Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh & Maharashtra. It is closely related to Odia but is counted by the Indian national census as a dialect of Hindi. WebThe Bagheli-speaking people are mainly scattered in six districts of Madhya Pradesh (Rewa, Satna, Sidhi, Shahdol, Umaria and Anuppur). These offshoots of Hindi further have dialects of their own. Most of the tribal people and aborigines speak languages that includes Bhilodi (Bhili), Gondi, and the isolate Kalto (Nahali).
