WebMar 21, 2024 · Click to expand... start cmd.exe as an admin then run. net.exe stop "plug and play". and see if you still have the problem. rebooting or running. net.exe start "plug and play". will turn it back on. I would expect device manager to be very quick unless there was a pending plug and play install.
