WebHet Circustheater, toen nog Circusgebouw, werd op 16 juli 1904 geopend door Circus Schumann. Het gebouw was een ontwerp van de architect Van Liefland. Tot in de jaren 1960 was het Circustheater een echt circus dat alleen in de zomermaanden geopend was. Later kreeg het gebouw de naam Circus Strassburger. De stallen van het Circustheater WebAladdin de musical AFAS Circustheater bezoeken. Met de kinderen brengen we regelmatig een bezoek aan het theater; eerst de kindervoorstellingen en concerten, maar tegenwoordig ook de grotere producties. Zo zijn we al eens bij Cats geweest, naar de Lion King en vorig jaar met mijn dochter naar The Sound of Music.
